1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase if you meet the following conditions:

• All credits granted by the order being refunded must be completely unused
• The refund request must be submitted within the 7-day window from the purchase date
• This applies to both subscription plans and credit package purchases

Important: Once any credits from the order have been used, that order is no longer eligible for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

• You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through Billing & Subscription
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period
• If you cancel within the 7-day refund window and all credits from the order being refunded are unused, you can request a full refund

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Any credits from the order being refunded have been used
• Refund request is made after the 7-day period
• Account has been suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
• Free credits or promotional bonuses (only paid purchases are refundable)
